For well over a decade, Kari Kerby has offered clients superior service in areas of accounting, bookkeeping and tax services. With a bachelor's degree in accounting and MBA from the University of Central Florida,Kerby previously worked in public accounting for six years, and has served clients in industries such as construction, property management, restaurants and banking. Her broad perspective and range of service bring robust value to clients looking for tax advice, cost segregation, forensic accounting and internal controls, payroll processing, and everything in between.

Stan comes to us with over 25 years of accounting experience. A certified public accountant in the state of Florida since 2000, Stan specializes in financial and regulatory reporting, cash management, internal controls and budgeting. His goal is to effectively streamline clients' accounting processes to maximize efficiency and performance. A graduate of Auburn University, he earned a bachelor's in finance, and a master's in accounting from the University of Central Florida. Stan's volunteerism has included work with Special Olympics Florida and Rescue Outreach Mission of Central Florida.

Alessandra Quintela is an integral part of the Kerby Accounting team, where she oversees practice operations, client communications, and day-to-day workflow coordination. She manages the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing service, while also handling CRM systems and digital marketing for the firm. Having previously owned and operated her own small business, Alessandra understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face, bringing that perspective to every client interaction with empathy and practical insight. Her fluency in both English and Portuguese allows her to serve a diverse client base with the clarity and care every client deserves.
Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist
Dawn Kleinsmith brings 30 years of accounting experience to our team, with expertise in the manufacturing industry where accuracy, strong controls, and process improvement are essential. Her work is grounded in GAAP principles and spans job costing, cost analysis, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, payroll administration, and audit coordination. Dawn's broad background allows her to support clients with consulting, workflow optimization, and efficiency initiatives that drive real measurable results, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
